Rose Ice Cream Recipe - how to make Rose Ice Cream

  • Rose syrup 2 tablespoons

  • Vanilla ice cream 750 millilitres

  • Gulkand 1 tablespoon

  • Dried rose petals 1 1/2

  • Cream 1 cup

  • Honey 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Whip cream in a bowl. Add honey, rose syrup and whip again. Add gulkand, dried rose petals and mix well.

Step 2

Place vanilla ice cream in a big bowl and add the above mixture to it and mix well.

Step 3

Pour into a plastic ice cream box and close the lid. Keep it in the freezer to set completely. Scoop out into individual bowls and serve.
