  • Button mushrooms 5-6

  • Onions cubed2 medium

  • Green capsicum cubed1 medium

  • Yellow bell pepper cubed1 medium

  • Pineapple cubed1/2 small

  • Apple cubed1 medium

  • Pear cubed1 medium

  • Spring onion bulb 4

  • Tomatoes, cubed2 teaspoons

  • Mint chutney 4-5 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Butter 1 tablespoon


Step 1

In a bowl mix mint chutney, salt, lemon juice, sugar and oil.

Step 2

Add all the prepared fruits and vegetables and marinate for at least one hour.

Step 3

Preheat the barbecue.Thread the pineapple, onion, capsicum, tomato, mushroom, apple, spring onion, yellow pepper, pear and onion on skewers.

Step 4

Arrange the skewers on the barbecue and cook till well roasted. In between baste with butter. Serve hot.
