By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Basmati rice,, Oil Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Rice In Matka 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice, soaked 1 tablespoon Oil 1 Fresh red chilli, sliced 7-8 Fresh button mushrooms, sliced 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 3 cups Vegetable stock infused for 15 mins with 4 inch lemon grass to taste Salt Method Preheat oven at 180 °C. Take a matka, place it over heat. Add oil, sauté red chilli slices. Add mushrooms and turmeric powder. Drain rice and add it to the matka and sauté.Add vegetable stock and salt. Stir.
