Put boiled chickpeas and tahini in a chopper jar with garlic cloves, lemon juice, 4 tbsps olive oil and 1 tbsp water and process. Roughly chop roasted bell pepper and add to the jar and grind again. Add salt and grind till smooth. Transfer the hummus into a serving bowl. Sprinkle red chilli powder, top with boiled chickpeas, drizzle remaining olive oil and serve with pita bread.
