  • Dark chocolate grated
    300 grams
  • Rich cream whipped
    3/4 cup
  • Sugar
    1/4 cup
  • Fresh cream
    2 cups
  • Cocoa powder
    for garnish

Method

Step 1


Whip the rich cream with sugar till it stands in peaks. Melt dark cooking chocolate in the microwave oven at 80% for two minutes.

Step 2


While still warm, add the fresh cream, and mix lightly.

Step 3


Then add the whipped rich cream and whisk well.

Step 4


Pour into glasses or cups and allow to set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Step 5


Sprinkle cocoa powder on the top and serve chilled.
