Put spinach, green chillies, pumpkin and milk in a blender jar and blend into a smooth puree. Add garlic to the pan and sauté for ½ minute. Add onion, mix and sauté for 1 minute. Add spinach-pumpkin puree, mix well and cook for a minute. Cut cottage cheese into cubes. Add ½ cup water and salt to the pan, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cottage cheese cubes and garam masala powder, mix well and cook till the mixture gets heated through. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
