By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pressed rice (poha), Bean sprouts Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Poha Delight 3 cups Pressed rice (poha) ¾ cup Bean sprouts 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds ¼ teaspoon Asafoetida 3-4 Curry leaves 2 Green chillies slit 1 medium Onion finely chopped to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder ½ cup Pomegranate pearls 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander chopped Method Put the pressed rice in a sieve and place it over a bowl. Pour sufficient water over it so that the pressed rice is well dampened. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add onion and a little salt and mix well, cover and cook till the onion turns golden brown. Add turmeric powder and a little water and mix well.
