Ingredients for Poached Eggs On Vegetables Recipe

  • Eggs 4

  • Spinach Leaves 1 tablespoon

  • Spinach chopped 10 leaves

  • Mushrooms chopped 4-5

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Bread loaf 1

  • Chicken salami chopped

Method

Step 1

Heat half a cup of water in a pan.

Step 2

Add spinach, mushrooms and onion.

Step 3

Add salt and let it cook for three to four minutes or till most of the moisture has been absorbed.

Step 4

Heat water in another pan.

Step 5

Keep a ring in the centre. Add vinegar.

Step 6

Break two eggs into a bowl and slowly slide them into the water and cook on low heat.

Step 7

Cut bread into thick slices.

Step 8

Place a slice on the serving plate.

Step 9

Put the vegetables on it.

Step 10

Gently separate the eggs from the ring with a knife and remove the ring carefully.

Step 11

Carefully lift the eggs with a slotted spoon and place over the vegetables on the bread slice.

Step 12

Place the chicken salami over the eggs and serve immediately.vegetables.aspx#sthash.
