This term Continental cuisine refers to the food eaten in the European countries. Under the mantle of Continental food come the British, American, Italian, New Zealand, Armenian, Hungarian, Russian and many other European cuisines.
Continental cuisines use less chilllies and very little spices. Instead fresh herbs and dairy products form an important part of continental dishes.  The cooking methods are mostly stewing, grilling and roasting which make the food low in calories as they use very less fat. Continental food use mostly items high in proteins like milk, cheese, eggs and meats.

Pizza Sandwich Recipe - How to make Pizza Sandwich


Prep Time : 11-15 minutes

Cook time : 16-20 minutes

  • Burger buns 2

  • Pizza sauce 4 teaspoon

  • Olive oil 2 teaspoon

  • Mozzarella cheese grated3 tablespoon

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Basil leaves a few

  • Lettuce a few


Step 1

Slit the buns, brush them with a little olive oil and place them on a heated griller. Close the lid and grill till light golden.

Step 2

Spread some pizza sauce over two of the halves. Sprinkle one and half tablespoons mozzarella cheese over each.

Step 3

Sprinkle pepper powder and place some basil leaves and lettuce leaves on top. Spread some pizza sauce over the remaining two halves and cover the earlier halves with them.

Step 4

Grill again. Pack in aluminium foil and give for lunch.
