Ingredients for Pineapple Guava Juice Recipe

  • Pineapple 1/2

  • Guavas 2

  • Fresh mint leaves 25-30 to garnish

  • Ice cubes 12-15

  • Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Lemon slices

Method

Step 1

Roughly chop the pineapple and put into a mixer jar. Seed the guavas, chop roughly and put into the mixer jar.

Step 2

Add mint leaves, ice cubes, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and grind to a smooth purée with sufficient Bisleri water. Pour this mixture into tall glasses. Garnish with a lemon slices and mint leaves and serve chilled.
