Ingredients for Peppery Nuts Recipe

  • Walnuts 1 cup

  • Cashewnuts 1 cup

  • Almonds 1 cup

  • Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon

  • Paprika 1 teaspoon

  • Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Place walnuts, cashewnuts and almonds on a baking tray and roast them in the oven till they turn light brown. Transfer them into a bowl.

Step 3

Mix together crushed peppercorns, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, oil and salt in another bowl. Drizzle the spice mix over the nuts and toss till the spices are properly coated.

Step 4

Cool them down to room temperature and serve.
