By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Roasted peanuts, Tomatoes Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Peanut Tamatar Sabzi - SK Khazana 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts powdered 3 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 2 tablespoons Oil 2 teaspoons Garlic finely chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Coriander powder to taste Salt large pinch Sugar 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped to garnish coriander sprig to serve Rotis to serve Lemon wedges to serve Onion Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté raw smell disappears. Add onion and sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, mix well and cook for a minute. Add sugar and coriander leaves, mix and cook for a minute. Add peanut powder and mix well. Add ¼ cup water, mix and cook for a minute. Take the pan off the heat.
