Peanut Egg Masala  Recipe

Scrambled eggs mixed with fried peanuts.

Peanut Egg Masala

Main Ingredients

Eggs whisked, Onion

  • Eggs whisked
  • Onion
    1 large
  • Lemon juice
    1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder
    2 teaspoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Peanuts fried
    1/4 cup


Step 1

Heat a non stick pan, add the eggs and cook on medium heat. Scramble well till cooked.

Step 2

Add salt, pepper powder and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside. Heat oil in a non stick pan, saute onions till pink. Add lemon juice, fried peanuts and scrambled eggs. Mix well and serve hot.
