By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jul 2020 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Garlic papads, Urad dal papads Cuisine Indian,Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Papad Chaat - SK Khazana 2 Garlic papads 2 Urad dal papads 2 Punja masala papads 2 tablespoons Raw mango chopped 1 small Tomato finely chopped 1 small Onion finely chopped 1/2 small Cucumber chopped 2 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons chopped + for garnish 2 tablespoons Fried onions 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder Salt 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur) 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee for garnish Nylon sev Method Roast garlic papads, urad dal papads and punjabi masala papads on direct flame, one after the other, place them in a bowl and crush them. Add raw mango, tomato, onion, cucumber, green chillies, coriander leaves and fried onions, Red Chilli Powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, dried mango powder and ghee and Mix well.
