By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Aug 2018 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Oil Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Kadai-SK Khazana Cottage cheese (paneer) 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Butter 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1/2 cup Tomato puree 1 1/2 teaspoons Kadai masala 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon Dried fenugreek leaf (kasuri methi) powder to taste Salt 1 Medium onion cut into cubes and layers separated 1 Small green capsicum cut into cubes 1 Small red capsicum cut into cubes 1 tablespoon Fresh cream for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish Ginger strips Method Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté till fragrant. Add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add tomatoes and tomato puree, mix and cook till the tomato softens. Add kadai masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix well. Add some water and mix well. Add dried fenugreek leaves powder and mix well. Add salt, some more water, onion, green and red capsicum, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cream and mix well. Add cottage cheese cubes, mix and cook for a minute.
