Ingredients list for Pan Eggs
- 3 Eggs
- 2 medium bunch Onions quartered
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Method
- Blend together onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes to a fine paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add the paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for a minute. Break the eggs, cover and cook on low heat for four minutes.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
