Eggs broken over onion-tomato masala and cooked.

2 medium bunch
Red chilli powder
Blend together onion, ginger, garlic and tomatoes to a fine paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for a minute. Break the eggs, cover and cook on low heat for four minutes.
Serve hot with roti or naan.
