Ingredients for Omelette With Mushroom, Capsicum And Sprouts Recipe

  • Eggs 8

  • Mushrooms chopped 10-12

  • Red capsicum chopped 1 medium

  • Mixed sprouts blanched 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil 4 tablespoons

  • Onions chopped 2 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 4

Method

Step 1

Break two eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan, add one-fourth portion of onions and green chillies and sauté for one minute.

Step 2

Add beaten eggs and mix. Sprinkle one-fourth portion each of mushrooms, red bell pepper and mixed sprouts. Cook till the egg sets and flip it. Cook on the other side for a minute.

Step 3

Serve immediately. Similarly prepare the other omelettes
