Oats mixed with cocoa powder, butter, sugar, red chilli powder and peanut butter, shaped into cookies and set.

Red chilli powder
Heat a non stick pan. Add sugar, butter, milk and cocoa powder. Stir well on low heat. Boil the mixture till sugar melts well.
Remove from heat; add red chilli powder and peanut powder. Mix well. Add oats and vanilla essence. Mix well to form soft dough. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and mix.
With the help of a tablespoon drop the dough on a non stick surface. Allow it to get hard. Serve with tea.
