Mozza Pita-Calzone Recipe - how to make Mozza Pita-Calzone

  • Pita bread cut4

  • Mozzarella cheese crushed150 grams

  • Garli chopped4 cloves

  • Onion chopped2 medium

  • Tomato concasse 1/2 cup

  • Red chilli flaked1/2 teaspoon

  • Dried mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon

  • Jalapeno chopped1

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns 3-4

  • Olive oil grated2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and sauté for one minute.

Step 2

Add onions and continue to sauté till translucent.

Step 3

Stir in tomato concasse and cook till well blended.

Step 4

Add chilli flakes, herbs, jalapeño chilli, salt and peppercorns.

Step 5

Add mozarella cheese and mix well.

Step 6

Stuff the mixture in the pita breads and serve hot.
