Ingredients list for Moongphali Ki Tikki
- 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts coarsely ground
- 1/2 cup Gram flour roasted
- 8 Spinach leaves (palak) chopped
- 3 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespo Oil
- to taste Salt
Method
- Mix peanuts, gram flour, spinach, green chillies, onion, chaat masala, lemon juice, one tablespoon oil, salt and sufficient water in a bowl and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into eight equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Flatten them slightly between your palms.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the tikkis, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with a chutney of your choice.
