Ingredients list for Mixed Fruit Lassi
- 1 medium Pear,roughly chopped
- 1 medium Apple,roughly chopped
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Apricot preserve
- 4 Fresh mint leaves
Method
- Blend chopped pear and apple in a blender well. Add yogurt, honey and apricot preserve and continue to blend till smooth.
- Add a cup of ice cubes and blend some more. Add mint leaves and blend again. Serve chilled.
