  • Apples
    2 medium
  • Green grapes large sized
    a small bunch
  • Black grapes
    a small bunch
  • Mulberries
    10-12
  • FOR CHOCOLATE FONDUE
  • Plain chocolate grated
    1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh cream
    1 cup

Method

Step 1


Melt chocolate in the microwave oven on HIGH for one minute. Whisk it till smooth. Add cream and mix well.

Step 2


Take a fondue set and switch it on. Pour chocolate sauce in it. Peel and cut bananas into chunks. Core apples and cut into one-inch cubes.

Step 3


Wash and wipe grapes and mulberries. To serve, place fruits and mini gulab jamuns with long wooden toothpicks in a large platter.

Step 4


Prick gulab jamuns or fruit of choice with the toothpick, dip in the chocolate sauce and coat it evenly and consume immediately.
