Refined flour (maida)

Preheat the oven at 180°C. In a bowl combine together fresh malai and sugar. Sieve together refined flour, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
dd malai mixture, milk to the flour and mix well so that no lumbs are formed.Pour the batter in the greased cake tin and bake for thirty minutes. Remove and cool. Cut into slices and serve warm.
