1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add onions and sauté for a minute. Add garlic and capsicum and stir. Add chicken and stir-fry for two minutes. Add soy sauce, crushed red chillies, crushed peppercorns and stir. Add salt, brown sugar and a little water and cook till the chicken is done.
3. Heat a sizzler plate and put the chicken on it. Take a tortilla, place a little chicken mixture in the centre, sprinkle grated cheese and jalapeno pepper slices.
4. Roll and serve immediately.
