Ingredients for Medley Of Fruits With Peach Sauce Recipe

  • Mangoes 4 medium

  • Peaches 6 medium

  • Apple juice 1/2 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1/4 cup

  • Pineapple 12 slices

  • Plums 4 medium

  • Brown sugar 4 tablespoons

  • Cherries for garnish


Step 1

Cut two peaches roughly.

Step 2

Peel and cut mango roughly. Blend mango and peach pieces with half of the apple juice in a blender.

Step 3

Transfer the puree into a pan. Add powdered sugar and the remaining apple juice and simmer for five minutes. Strain the sauce and cook again to reduce till it attains a thick sauce type consistency. Deseed plums and slice. Core the pineapple slices. Cut the remaining peaches into slices.

Step 4

In a plate arrange the fruits thus: pineapple slice, plum slice, peach slice. Repeat this order twice.

Step 5

Pour the sauce over these fruits and top with brown sugar. Flambé.

Step 6

Place a cherry on top and serve immediately.
