Ingredients

  • Yogurt
    1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh mint leaves
    4 tablespoons
  • Green chilli finely chopped
    1
  • Fresh coriander leaves
    4 tablespoons
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Cumin powder
    1 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes
    as required

Method

Step 1


Blend together yogurt, mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, half amount of cumin powder, ice cubes and four cups of water and blend well.

Step 2


Serve it in individual glasses garnished with reamining cumin powder.
