Ingredients for Marmalade and Orange Mojito Recipe

  • Orange marmalade 4 tablespoons

  • Rum (Dark) 1/2 cup

  • Orange juice 1 cup

  • Star anise 3

  • Tonic water 2 cups

  • Ice cubes as required

Method

Step 1

Mix together orange marmalade, dark rum, orange juice and star anise in a bowl, cover it with cling wrap and set aside for six to eight hours.

Step 2

Divide the mixture equally into four glasses and top it up with tonic water and ice cubes.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
