Ingredients list for Mango delight
- 4 Raw mangoes boiled
- 8 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- a few strands Saffron (kesar)
Method
- Remove the skin of the mangoes and take out the pulp.
- Add sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron and blend it in a blender to a smooth paste.
- Add six cups of water and mix well. Keep it the refrigerator.
Serve chilled.
