Ingredients list for Mango delight

  • 4 Raw mangoes boiled
  • 8 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • a few strands Saffron (kesar)

Method

  1. Remove the skin of the mangoes and take out the pulp.
  2. Add sugar, green cardamom powder and saffron and blend it in a blender to a smooth paste.
  3. Add six cups of water and mix well. Keep it the refrigerator.
    Serve chilled.
