Ingredients list for Mango and Peach Smoothie
- 2-3 Ripe mangoes peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup Canned peaches
- 10-12 Almonds blanched and peeled
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Apple juice
- as required Ice cubes
Method
- Place peaches, mangoes, almonds, ½ cup yogurt and ½ cup apple juice in a blender jar and blend well.
- Add remaining apple juice and yogurt and blend again.
- Add ice cubes and blend once again.
- Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled.
