Ingredients

  • Ripe mangoes peeled and roughly chopped
    2-3
  • Peaches canned
    1 cup
  • Almonds blanched and peeled
    1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt
    1 cup
  • Apple juice
    1 cup
  • Ice cubes
    as required

Method

Step 1


Place peaches, mangoes, almonds, ½ cup yogurt and ½ cup apple juice in a blender jar. Blend well.

Step 2


Add remaining apple juice and yogurt and blend again.

Step 3


Add ice cubes and blend once again.

Step 4


Pour into individual stemmed glasses and serve chilled.
