By Sanjeev Kapoor 31 May 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Salt Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Lemony Chicken Bites 250 grams Boneless chicken breasts , cut into 1 inch cubes to taste Salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1 teaspoon Garlic powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon Citric acid 1 teaspoon Lemon juice for deep-frying Oil 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 2 Eggs , beaten 1 cup Cornflakes , crushed to serve Mustard mayonnaise Method Take chicken cubes in a bowl, add salt, pepper powder, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, dried mixed herbs, citric acid and lemon juice and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Take flour on a plate. Take eggs in a bowl. Take cornflakes on another plate. Coat each marinated chicken cube with some flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with cornflakes. Again dip in beaten eggs and coat with cornflakes and keep them on a plate. Slide the chicken cubes into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
