By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Feb 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cottage cheese (paneer), Roasted vermicelli Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kurkure Paneer - SK Khazana 200 grams Cottage cheese (paneer) 1 cup Roasted vermicelli to deep fry Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Batter 4-5 Dried red chillies 1 inch Ginger 6-7 cloves Garlic 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds 10-12 Black peppercorns 1 tablespoon Yogurt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Rice flour to taste Salt Method Put red chillies in a blender, add ginger, garlic, coriander seeds and black peppercorns. Add sufficient water and blend to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl. Add yogurt, lemon juice, rice flour and salt and mix well. Add a little water and mix to get the required consistency. Cut cottage cheese into 1½ inch cubes. Crush roasted vermicelli and put into another bowl. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip the cottage cheese cubes in the ground paste, roll in the vermicelli till well coated. Slide them into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
