When you roast the kiwis, they add a zing to the panna.

Kiwi Panna

Main Ingredients

Kiwi, Fresh coriander leaves

  • Kiwi Roasted and peeled
  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
    1 cup
  • Mint leaves finely chopped
    1/2 cup
  • Ginger
    1/2 inch
  • Black peppercorns
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak)
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar
    4 tablespoons
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon


Step 1

Chop kiwis into small pieces and put them into a mixer jar.

Step 2

Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and 3 cups water and grind into a puree.

Step 3

Pour the panna in to 4 tall glasses and serve.
