Ingredients list for Kiwi Lime Muffins
- 1 Kiwi
 - 1 teaspoon Lemon zest grated
 - 1 Ripe banana
 - 1 2/3 cups Refined flour (maida)
 - 1 teaspoon Baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon Baking powder
 - 3 Eggs
 - 170 grams Powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - 3 tablespoons Rooh Afza
 - 2/3 cup Melted butter
 
Method
- Preheat the oven at 220°C. Blend kiwi and banana into a purée.
 - Sieve together refined flour, baking soda and baking powder into a bowl.
 - In another bowl break eggs, add sugar, little by little, and whisk well.
 - Add vanilla essence, rooh afza , melted butter, banana-kiwi purée and flour. Fold in the mixture in cut and fold method.
 - Pour the batter into silicon moulds and sprinkle some lemon zest on top.
 - Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 to 22 minutes.
 - Remove from oven and cool. Remove from the moulds and serve.
