By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw bananas, Carrom seeds Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Kele Ki Sabzi 2-3 Raw bananas 3 tablespoons Carrom seeds 1 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) 2 Whole dry red chillies stemmed to taste Rock salt (sendha namak) 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a heavy based pan, add carom seeds and red chillies. Stir fry, add banana slices and stir over high heat Lower heat, add salt, cover and cook till tender. Check for doneness by pressing a piece, if it is soft it means it is done. Mix in lemon juice and serve garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
