Ingredients list for Kale Chips
- 12-15 Kale leaves stems removed
- 2 teaspoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Put olive oil and vinegar in a bowl and mix well. Add kale leaves and mix well.
- Place the kale leaves on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for fifteen minutes or till golden and crisp, flipping occasionally.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on the chips. Serve immediately.
