Take bread slices and butter them on one side. To make one sandwich take a slice of brown bread, keep a slice of white bread over it and finally another slice of brown bread over the slice of white bread.
Toast the sandwich. Remove the toast from the grill when done. Separate slices.
On the brown bread slice at the base apply mixed fruit jam. Place the white bread slice over it and apply chhunda on it. Cover it with another brown bread slice.
Apply a little butter on top and grill. Similarly prepare the other toasts.
Cut into smaller pieces and serve hot.
