Ingredients for Jaggery Pancake Recipe

  • Whole wheat flour(atta) 2 cups

  • Jaggery grated 1 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Cardamon powder 1 teaspoon

  • Ghee for preparing pancakes

  • Shredded coconut for garnishing

Method

Step 1

In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, grated jaggery, milk and cardamon powder and mix well that no lumps are formed.

Step 2

Heat ghee on a non stick tawa and add spoonful of batter on it. Cook till golden brown on both the sides.

Step 3

Serve hot garnish with cocont.
