By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Sweet Biscuits, Milk Cuisine American Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 3.30-4 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Iced Chocolate Biscuits 10-12 Sweet Biscuits 2 cups Milk 4 tablespoons Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 1 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence 2 tablespoons Chocolate grated Method Place milk, cocoa powder, cornflour, castor or powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk well ensuring that there are no lumps. Place the mixture in a saucepan and cook, stirring continuously till the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool. Place the biscuits in a plate and pour the chocolate mixture over each biscuit. Refrigerate them for two to three hours. Sprinkle some grated chocolate over the biscuits just before serving.
