Ingredients for Hot Garlic Prawns Recipe

  • Tiger prawns 10-12

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic chopped 3 tablespoons

  • Ginger chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Green chilli chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon

  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoons

  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan add garlic, ginger and saute for a minute. Add green chillies, prawns, salt and saute fot a minute.

Step 2

Add vinegar and soya sauce and let it cook for two minutes.

Step 3

Serve hot garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
