By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Honey, Cherries Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Honey Cherry Energy Bars 1/2 cup Honey 1/2 cup Cherries 3 tablespoons Desiccated coconut 1 cup Almonds 6 Dates pitted 1/4 cup Oats toasted 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Method Blend together honey, cherries, coconut, almonds and dates at high speed, stirring in between if necessary. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add oats and lemon juice and mix well. Grease an 8 inch square baking dish. Put the mixture into it, keep a piece of plastic over the top to prevent sticking and level the surface. Refrigerate for two hours. Cut into bars and serve.
