Ingredients for Healthy Energy Bites Recipe

  • Golden apricots 8-10

  • Prunes 8-10

  • Almonds chopped 8-10

  • Seedless dates chopped 1/2 cup

  • Sesame seeds (til) toasted 1/2 cup


Step 1

Roughly chop apricots and prunes.

Step 2

Place the prunes, apricots, almonds and dates in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.

Step 3

Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions shaped into small balls.

Step 4

Spread sesame seeds on a plate and coat the balls on it.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
