Ingredients list for Healthy Energy Bites

  • 8-10 Golden apricots
  • 8-10 Prunes
  • 8-10 Almonds chopped
  • 1/2 cup Seedless dates chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds (til) toasted

Method

  1. Roughly chop apricots and prunes.
  2. Place the prunes, apricots, almonds and dates in a blender jar and blend into a coarse paste.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Divide the mixture into equal portions shaped into small balls.
  4. Spread sesame seeds on a plate and coat the balls on it.
  5. Serve immediately.
