In addition to the great taste the probiotics in yogurt have plenty of nutritive qualities.

  • Radishes with leaves 1

  • coriander leaves 1 bunch

  • Fresh mint leaves 15-20

  • Green chilli 2-3

  • Yogurt 1 1/2 cups

  • Sugar a pinch

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Grate the radish and store the leaves. Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and salt and grind it to a fine paste.

Step 2

Add yogurt in a bowl. Add sugar, roasted cumin powder, radish and chutney and mix well.

Step 3

Serve chilled garnished with radish leaves.
