Place bread slices on a worktop. Spread mustard sauce on 2 of the slices. Break eggs in a bowl and whisk well with salt and pepper powder.
Place one ham slice over the mustard sauce along with a cheese slice on each bread slice. Cover with remaining slices.
Heat oil in non stick pan. Dip one sandwich in egg mixture and place on pan. Cook, turning sides, till both sides are equally golden.
Cut the other sandwich as also cooked sandwich into triangles. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve immediately.
