Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Muffins Recipe

  • Gualb Jamun 30-35 small

  • Refined Flour 140 gms + for sprink

  • Soda bicarbonate 1/2 teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • White butter 120 grams

  • Condensed milk 250 grams

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Khoya/mawa 200 grams

  • Milk 80 ml


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180° C.

Step 2

Place gulab jamuns in a plate. Sprinkle refined flour on them and mix till they are well coated.

Step 3

Mix together 140 gms refined flour, soda bicarbonate, baking powder in a bowl and mix well.

Step 4

In another bowl whisk white butter. Add condensed milk, little at a time, and mix. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Add khoya and whisk till the mixture thickens.

Step 5

Add flour mixture and whisk well. Add milk and mix well.

Step 6

Pour the batter into silicon moulds till half full, place 4-5 gulab jamuns in each mould. Pour the remaining batter over.

Step 7

Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

Step 8

Cool to room temperature, remove from moulds, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
