Green Tea And Yogurt Ice Cream

Prep Time : 3.30-4 hour

Cook time : 0-5 minutes

  • Green tea powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Hung yogurt 2 cups

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Vanilla ice cream 1 litre

  • Pistachios chopped10-12


Step 1

Place the hung yogurt in a mixer jar.

Step 2

Add sugar and blend till smooth. Add green tea powder and blend again. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend again till all the ingredients are well mixed. Add pistachio nuts and blend.

Step 3

Pour into an ice cream box, level the top and cover.

Step 4

Keep it in the freezer and let it set for three to four hours. Serve
