By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 Aug 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green unripe bananas, Salt Cuisine American Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Banana Salad 2 Green unripe bananas to taste Salt 1 medium Cucumber chopped 2 stalks Celery , thinly sliced 1 medium Carrot , coarsley grated a small bunch Lettuce leaves For dressing 3 tablespoons Olive oil 1 tablespoon Vinegar to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1 clove Garlic crushed 2 teaspoons Mustard paste Method Peel the bananas and cook in boiling salted water for ten minutes, or until just tender. Drain, cool and cut crosswise into half-inch slices. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a small glass jar and shake well to mix. Mix together the banana, cucumber, celery and carrot in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss well to mix.
