By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Chicken mince, Medium carrot Cuisine Goan Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Goan Chicken Patties 250 grams Chicken mince 1 Medium carrot finely chopped 1 Large potato boiled, peeled and mashed 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopepd 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped 1/4 cup Dried breadcrumbs 3 Eggs 1/2 to cook Vinegar for coating Semolina to shallow fry Oil to serve Tomato ketchup Method Take chicken mince in a large mixing bowl, add carrot, potato, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, green chillies and breadcrumbs. Break, 1 egg and add along with vinegar and mix well. Break the remaining 2 eggs into a bowl and beat. Spread semolina on a plate. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties. Dip in beaten eggs and coat in semolina and place them on a plate Heat some oil in a non-stick pan, place the patties in it and shallow-fry on medium heat, turning sides till the chicken is cooked and the patties evenly golden brown on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
