Ingredients list for Fruity Muesli

  • 1 medium Apple
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1 cup Pomegranate pearls fresh
  • 1 cup Apple juice
  • 10-12 Almonds toasted
  • 10-12 Walnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  1. Take oats in a bowl. Add apple juice and set aside.
  2. Grate apple and add to the soaked oats. Mix well.
  3. Cut almonds into slivers and roughly chop walnuts.
  4. Reserve some of the nuts for garnishing and add the remaining to the oats alongwith yogurt and honey. Mix well.
  5. Add pomegranate pears and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
  6. Serve chilled garnished with reserved nuts.
