Ingredients list for Fruits in Lavender Honey
- 1 Peach
- 1/4 medium Pineapple peeled and cored
- 1/3 Melon peeled
- 1 Orange separated into segments
- 1 Elaichi banana
- 1/4 medium Apple
- 2 teaspoons Dried lavender flowers
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 cup Sugar
Method
- Heat ½ cup water in a non-stick pan, add lavender flowers and sugar and mix well. Add honey, mix and cook till the syrup thickens.
- Halve peach, remove seed and cut into cubes. Cut pineapple into chunks. Cut melon into cubes and place all the fruits in a bowl. Add orange segments.
- Peel, slice banana thickly and add. Cut apple into small pieces and add.
- Strain the lavender honey into the bowl of fruits and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
