  • Apple 1 1/2 inch pieces

  • Kiwi 1 1/2 inch pieces
    1 large
  • Pineapple 1 1/2 inch pieces
    2 slices
  • Plums 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • Bananas 1 1/2 inch pieces
    2 large
  • Oil
    2 tablespoons
  • For marinade
  • Brown sugar
    3 tablespoons
  • Honey
    1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice
    3 tablespoons
  • Salt
    to taste


Step 1

For marinade mix brown sugar, honey, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add apple, kiwi, pineapple, plum and banana pieces and mix well so that all the fruits are well covered with the marinade.

Step 3

Thread the fruits onto the skewers in the following order: pineapple, plum, kiwi, apple and banana.

Step 4

Heat a little oil in a grill pan. Place the skewers in the grill pan, cover and cook till golden.

Step 5

While serving place the fruit skewers on serving plates, drizzle some honey over and serve immediately.
